NdFeB magnetic powder, as a high-performance permanent magnetic material, is favored for its high magnetic energy product, high coercivity and good temperature stability. Silicone, on the other hand, is widely used in a variety of industrial products due to its excellent weather resistance, insulation and plasticity. During the testing process, JiuJi Automation's testing team strictly followed the testing program. First, the NdFeB magnetic powder mixed with silica gel sample was placed in the magnetizing coil and the voltage of the magnetizer was adjusted to the appropriate value. Subsequently, the magnetizer is activated to carry out the magnetization process so that the sample reaches the saturation magnetization state in a short period of time. After the magnetization was completed, the magnetic properties of the samples were measured using a Gaussmeter and the relevant data were recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the magnetic performance of the samples, the test team also designed several samples with different magnetic powder contents for testing.
