End-to-End Solution for Magnetization Automation

For motors, horns and other manufacturing scenarios that rely on magnets, the technical indicators of magnetizing equipment directly determine the final performance of magnets, and at the same time affect the production yield of products. Therefore, in the selection process, we need to focus on the following six core technical indicators, as described below:

Magnetization uniformity is the key to determining the balance of magnetic field distribution of the magnet. Once the uniformity is not up to standard, the magnetic circuit of the motor will form an "uneven strength area", which not only triggers unstable rotational speed and higher operating noise, but also may directly affect the service life of the motor. Magnetizing efficiency is directly related to the capacity output of the entire production line. Traditional magnetizing equipment takes 5-8 seconds for a single magnetization, with an hourly production capacity of 400-500 pieces, making it difficult to keep up with the production rhythm of automated motor production lines.
