In modern industrial production, motor is the power core of all kinds of equipment, and its performance directly affects product quality and production efficiency. Motor magnetization is a key link to ensure the performance of the motor, JiuJi motor magnetizer relying on professional technology, to achieve the efficient performance of 1 minute to complete the high-intensity magnetization, what kind of technical logic is behind this?
The core advantage of JUJI motor magnetizer comes from the application of pulse magnetizing technology, which is also the key to its efficient magnetization. During the process of magnetization, the equipment will precisely adjust the magnetizing voltage, current and pulse width to form a strong and stable magnetic field in a short period of time. For magnetic materials with high coercivity, it is difficult to reach the saturation magnetization state quickly with a normal continuous magnetic field, while pulse magnetization technology acts on the magnet through high-energy pulses, which can push the magnetic domains inside the magnet to rearrange in a fast and orderly manner, thus realizing high-strength magnetization. Taking NdFeB permanent magnet magnetization as an example, JiuJu magnetizer can output tens of thousands of amperes of current within milliseconds of pulse time, instantly generating a strong magnetic field that can penetrate into the interior of the magnet to ensure that the magnet is fully magnetized within 1 minute, effectively improving the magnetization efficiency.
The magnetizing coil is a key component of the magnetizer, and its design is directly related to the magnetic field distribution and magnetizing effect. JiuJu magnetizer pays attention to details in the coil design, using high-purity oxygen-free copper for multi-layer dense winding process. High-purity oxygen-free copper has extremely low resistance, which effectively reduces power loss and heat generation during the magnetization process, ensures efficient energy transfer to the magnet, and provides stable energy support for high-intensity magnetization. At the same time, the coil adopts a unique helical nesting structure, which makes the magnetic field generated highly uniform, so that all parts of the magnet can be subjected to a balanced magnetic field, avoiding the problem of local under- or over-magnetization.
